Maya|MentalRay|Exterior

Hello, here its another render i did, but this time an exterior.Playing with Paint FX and Fur.This is the final image as im not changing anything, cause im really tired of it.hehe
I need to say that fur was really fast to render, i tried to create the grass using displace maps, but my computer was melting trying to calculate that.As always C&C are welcome. user added image

That's really cool. user added image

Are you guys using the paint FX for the plants?

And concorddawn, how did you do your scenes. It looks really cool, like a lot of use of liquid and paint FX's.

oh and how long did it take you guys to do this?

Cheers Fellas,

I use Maya for all my modelling and then export into vue which is a great program for atmospheres, landscapes etc.

So im able to create a lifelike scene for my maya objects.

Vue has got a great renderer aswell even tho its slow as a turtle..

Lookin forward to seeing more of your work slip.

Awesome work Slip,

I reckon the scene would look awesome if there was a small water feature or pond etc in there aswell.

Cheers
