This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Grid

I'm working in maya 7. When I load my image planes, it seems as if they are on top of my grid. Is there any way to position my grid so that it is on top of my planes

I don't know if you can move the grid, but all you have to do is lower the plane a smidge.
