help me please

i bought a book a while back called GAME CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT WITH MAYA, yesterday while reading through it i maneged to some how breack the cd the comes with it, i was woundering any of you guys have the book and would you be kind enough to send me the grae image planes please this would be a tremendous help as i am trying to model a character like this for my final year of univesity
