Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

I got heaps of references that i have collected so just ask and i can give you some. i got a few hires from 3d.sk and i am gonna sign up next month again and get as much as i can.

Loomis has some drawings here and there - you can probably find some front/side images of his one fineart

Quality find! Bookmarked, Ive got some 3dsk ones that were free with 3d world. that arereally good, I keep thinking of signing up to 3dsk.

well, not really :bandit:
but modeling/art wise that's actually quite good as I suppose you'd want something a bit more distinct, -some real characters. The last thing I'd want were more people looking like the everyday faces on tv and advertising

here's a great place to find human anatomy references:
www.the-blueprints.com they have have humans as well as hundreds and hundreds of other blueprints to work from.

on the left, click on humans, then in the center, click humans again (it's right under animals) then click the photos you want to see :p

If your planning to be a pro, and want to go towards a direction example weta digital or pixar then create something they make.

Try to make it 100% there model or betteruser added image
