right extrude once and go IN TO the gum, then extrude again
then extrude outwards about 3 times while scaling
it works quite well usually for teeth

kool thanks for the reply... seems a nice easy way of doing it... shouldn't take long to add that. lets see how this goes!!!

This is how Kurt did it in the dragon tutorial
it also works for horns
u just extrude twice into the mesh
then extrude about 3 times outwards well scaling
u need to merge the vertex for the last one at the end if u want the tooth to have any kind of a sharp point
fogot to mention that
