Mac screen video capture

does anyone know of any free mac video capture software (that can also record of a mic)?

I dont mind if its a trial with a SMALL watermark, but nothing like the recent vid i posted

im running 10.4.11

Jing, maybe? I tried it a little before, but iShowU is a lot better.
