Gonna edit it some more then I'm calling it done.
Its been a good way to get back into 3D again. Good work all around to.

are those nebulae (i'm told nebulars is a spelling mistake on this mac...) part of it or did you get them there by other means?

The background was just a Photoshop job. I don't think my computer is up to rendering the main scene again, was lucky it did the first time.

hmm, i noticed glows on some parts where it's not inside a model

how did you render it and keep the glow there? whenever i render something that has glow the actual glow is never saved and all i get is this bright line on the object that is meant to glow

or did you make it glow in photoshop?

Since i rendered it on a dark background it was fairly easy to just blend the stars into it without loosing the glow.
I probably could have used the alpha mask for that to but I'm still trying to work that out properly.
