Can Maya 2008 Unlimited (win 32) run on my 64 bit machine?

I just got a new computer with Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit, but can the 32bit version of Maya 2008 run on it and well?...

Thanks

Well the req. for Maya doesn't say anything about Home Premium so I don't know if you'll run into issues on that front as I don't know why a developer has 100 different versions of an OS. Vista 64 can run 32 bit programs no problem but your license includes a 64 bit version of Maya anyways.
