This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

new kitchen

This's a new start, i want copy this kitchen in 3d and learn how use sun and sky in reall world. The following is my new house's kitchen and my camera not good, ok.

1:10 for an grey render at 640x480 is pretty slow.

yes, render time not fast but render time is acceptable and final result.

Hi Lealar

nice work, honest is right though 1:10 is a bit long for what you're rendering.
Did you use the portal light or did you just slam a full sky on it? ( which means it samples your entire scene( so outside as well).
Did you tweak your render settings or did you hit the "production"preset in Mental Ray.

You could also have a slow computer of course user added image

Nice - but the kitchen top is too light - your in real life is darker - but very good start

I do not know if I can stick to it, I mean is to find some CG work, but it is not easy.
I love fishing, very interesting and a moment of calm, and then back to my work, always looking forward to do better. Huh, huh.

There is no why.Of course, is the rendering speed.Here is 2000 * 1500 to see more details.
