Rendered Image problem

oke, in my render view the image is crystal clear !, but when I save the image as a jpeg and then open it with photoshop it looks totaly messed up. !

What do you mean "totally messed up"?

Fuzzy around edges and stuff?

If that's it, just don't save as jpeg. Use Targa or other umcompressed format.

lol.. yeh compression, save as taga as luismg said and resave as jpg in photoshop it has a cleaner compression for jpgs

I attached a picture as example. As you can see the chess board is totaly messed up. Is maya having problems saving to Jpeg ??

Other formats are working excellent

I just zoomed in on the jpeg. Yes it's just compression artifacts.

Save as uncompressed and use photoshop to jpeg it with the amount of compression you want.

yes maya is having big problems saving as jpg. but it is not a 2d just a 3d program user added image
