Not sure what you mean "cancel". But you can always just delete the surface, and re-birail with the correct curves.

i actually dont know what i was talking about. let me re-explain. everytime i do a birail surface, the surface couldnt be selected. everytime i click on the surface, instead of picking up the surface, i pick up the isoparm thingy.
another one :
everytime i start a birail operation and i click the wrong curve, i dont know how to restart the operation from scratch. pushing escape button doesnt work. it seems to me maya keep watching what i am doing; so if i do something on a curve, all of a sudden a surface pop out of nowhere. so i think i have to find a way to cancel the birail operation in order to prevent that from happening.
as of this time, i have to restart maya everytime i finish doing birail surface.

omg dude, why not just try 'undo'?
I think default it's on 'z' but I always put it on 'ctrl+z' (been using that for long time in other programs too, so...)

undo doesnt work, seriously. after any birail operation, maya always wait for me to create another biraled surface. i dont know how to make it stop from doing that.
and please, help me on the wrinkling surface. what do i have to do?

did you try deleting the old surfaces? i downloaded you're file, and when i attached the surfaces it looked fine after i deleted the non-attached ones. Theres a minor seam but its not really noticible.

i dont understand what you meant by deleting the old surface. how do i do that? did i mistakenly create multiple surfaces there?
and how come i couldnt tell maya to stop waiting for me to do another birail surface???
thanks
