bridge tool

hi there!
do you guys and girls know about any script that would allow me to create a "bridge" between two polys? i gotta create things like this very often... and it's a pain in the ass to do it by hand... ;\

There is a plugin/script (script for maya 4.0, plugin for 4.5/5) called polybridge over at Highend 3D. Do a search, it's there.
