nurbs birail tool issue

Hi guys,
I got a slight problem with my bmw... I always model cars in poly's, but now I'm giving it a go in nurbs! the attachement will show the problem.. Or is the approach not good to model that thing..

while 3-sided nurbs are possible, I think you'll almost always find 4-sided surfaces be the most clean. I'd try to divide it that way.

You could try to create a three-sided boundary surface instead of birail.
