Load your texture image in the Color and Incandesence channels of your shader material. Create a area light and scale it to fit your laptop screen. Set it's decay rate to Linear and increase the area light intensity to 3000 or so. It's a pretty easy process. Best of Luck. user added image

Well i tried. I think this looks alright. I think i'm gonna finish up with the modeling and work more on the texturing and lighting.

Just wondering, does anyone know of a tutorial that will show me how to light up my scene better. I have tried about 4 HDRI's but i can't get it to look realistick. Any help would be good user added image

Ta-da... I worked it out all by myself. I think it looks quite good.:p
All thats left to do is perfect it some more. Any comments and suggestions would be helpfull

get those 'perfections' done and get it into the finals user added image

Yeah, i am using Raytraced shadows and the lighting was done with Final Gather.

I have changed the couloring of the plasyic to more of a blue coulor. Heres a quick render

the proportions seem off to me, like it's too skinny or something. Looking good!

I think ive fixed up the proportions a bit better. All i did was scale it on it's X axis.
