Games Show Reel Demo

Hi All,

Im looking for advise on the best way to approach a DemoReel for the Games Industry. I am looking to do work as a modeler (Environment), so I know that my reel needs to be based on that. The advise online is really based on the Film/TV side of 3D and I dont really know how to approach it for Games

I am working as a Dept. Head on an Indie Game atm with a team of around 6 modelers and about 30 staff, so I am able to include this work, but really I am looking for pointers from guys already working in the Games Industry (Mike McKinley etc...).

Cheers
