Yeah I know particles takes a lot of time to get comfortable with but for me they are the most interesting aspect of CG.

Personaly I'm very interested in fluid simulation like wather,smoke,fire...but I think its very hard to learn it by your self but rather when you're already in industry with pros.

I'm just amazed with simulation made by that guy from Stanford especialy when wather hits cloth and falls into container.
And also the stuff that they produce in Scanline studio from Germany...

Mostly all of them have developed their own inhouse application so I gess Maya really cant do much it this field of computer graphic. :shakehead

So if any of you guys have any dynamics test I would love to see it and talk about it.

And in the end particles are all around us...

Glad you can recognize the good stuff!
Have you seen the smoke simulation,crashing wave....

Also things they do in Scanline studio from Germany,the FlowLine application they created just for fluids...amazing!
