Optimus Prime

Alright, I'm somewhat holding off on the dagger for now, realizing just how rusty my modeling skills really are. I need some practice, bad. I decided to also work on a model of Optimus Prime. I only have the head started at the moment. Going to go ahead and refine and perfect what I have of the head so far, then create a different mesh for the helmet, then move on from there. Nothing really so far, but any comments? I've always been a big fan of Transformers, especially watchin Generation 1 as a kid, but I'm sure there are some much bigger fans out there so I want your input! Also, you'll notice you can see the difference in shading on some of the segments.. is there anyway i can set faces so that their normals are pointing the exact same direction and there is no difference in specularity, still looks like the same shape? It's 44 a.m. so I don't know how much sense that makes.

Anyway, here it is.

Got my reference pictures from seibertron.com, awesome site.
