Starwars Walker.

yo guys i was looking at some tutorials and a came across one for this well anyways it wasnt very good so i decided to do it on my own.
here's my progress so far.
just to let u know i have been using maya 8 weeks so dont be too harsh on my methods user added image

i did that tutorial too, only i dont have the final user added image,

i stopped following the tutorial for the modeling part, just wasnt my way of modeling the thing.
i just picked it back up now for the setting out for the skeleton and and stuff. Cause i have never tried animation as yet.
Once i have that done ill go back to modeling the finer detail.
just using the reference pic.

ok bit more detail added heres a quick render n play about.
i have the think half rigged etc but that stupid tutorial is impossible to follow bad english Etc. and the pics r so small to read. So im gonna have to work it out myself. Anyways ill concentrate on the modeling for now.
