Rendering Wireframes?

is it possible to render lit wireframes in maya? i know 3d studio max had a function to do that but i have yet to find any thing close in maya...thankx

Hard ware renderBuffer. Just make a layer in the channel box and assign what color you want you lines to be. Then use hardware render buffer.
