just wondering - how did you do the wireframe render on the first page? also, did you model all of the holes in the mesh thing on the front? can we see a close up of how you did that area? - just curious.

The wire render was done in Vector. Then i photoshoped it over a normal render.
To make the mesh bit i started with a 10 by 10 poly plane,
un-checked the keep faces together option, then pressed the extrude button. When the 'Move, rotate, scale' tool automaticaly comes up, scale both axis and it should give you a mesh looking thing because each face is seperate.
