quick question

how do you check which way the normals are facing?

i know you can use back face calling, but i remember there being another way,

these spikey things should come out of your model, indicating what diection they're facing,

can anyone help

i think it's the edit normals tool - just look under all of the normals tools and you'll see it.

For anyone that hasn't found it it's under display--. polygons-->face normals.
And it would be nice if Jali mentioned his solution aswell, for the next person with this question user added image

sorry guys, i found the answer from the free cloth tut on this website
