Worms animation

Hi!

On my current project I'm working on a worm of the videogame "worms". It is pretty basic and simple model, because I want step into animations. I'd like to animate the face (Eye lid "blinking") and the "walking" but I never rigged a model and animated it. Is there a basic tutorial out there which can give me the information I need?

Thank you!
Greets, Kimsay

for eyes i'm thinking you would either use blend shapes or just give it an animatable texture

i'm not sure how those things would work in a game though... like how the engine would know how to animate them

ii assume whoever puts together these games knows what they are doing and what they need.. so you should ask them too which of those two ways is best?

that's a "Ch" pronounced as a "K"

Computer skills I should have:
