Aircraft Carrier

Here is the render for my Aircraft Carrier CVN-21. Lemme know what you think. What could be chanced? Critique me. It is pretty much just a practice project. Thanks

Not too bad! As a former Naval Officer, however, my opinion is that it looks a bit squat. The "island" also appears a bit large.

Perhaps if it was a BIT longer and a BIT narrower at the beam!

If this is a "cartoony" CVN, however, please disregard my last! :-)

Carry on...

In his defence though he is a new user and these may be previous works.

That's sort of what I'm thinking. I did look at this fellow's other posts and apparently there's some question as to a) whether this fellow is who he says he is, and b) that the models are not of his own creation.

In the end, my purpose here is to critique what I see, provided I am asked to do so (as is generally the rule here). If someone is using stolen work and I don't know that, I'm still going to critique it. If a person passing someone else's work off as his/her own work gets some sort of ego gratification out of thinking they've successfully pulled the wool over my eyes, well, that's between them and their shrink!

Of course, if they are found out, it's THEIR funeral, not mine. I can live with the embarrassment of having THOUGHT I was commenting on original work! :-)

Whatever the case, the carrier pictured above needs work! :-)
