how long shud a demo reel be..? what sud be the contents..? i think only a movie kinda thing not anyhting else i presume...

Actually, if you do a SM search for demo reel, there was a thread a few weeks back regarding all you need to know user added image

approximately not more than 5 minutes,
3 to 5 seconds of image or animation scene intervals,
as much as possible no outer space scene for personal
demo reel portfolio.

only basics, i'll try to find my whole docs when i got home
and type it for you the other qualifications.
