Sub d Shading

Ok this is for the upcoming Car Creation Tutorial but have ran into a problem. I am currently trying to convert an object from polygons to sub d's

No big problems there everything looks fine but when I convert to sub d's with same settings I have used on every other part it comes out like the image below, whats the problm with it how can it be sorted without rebuilding the light
