uv mapping, need help :)

hi, basically i have amodel of a m41a pulse rifle, ihave used 5 different shaders to texture the model... what i need help with is making one uvmap for the whole thing, i have all the uv's laid out right in the uveditor, but its only showing one colour:/ ill show you what i mean;

basically i just need it so all the uv polys are coloured in correctly user added image any ideas? user added image

I'd suggest trying to lower the number of UV shells in your UV layout. That looks like a nightmare to work with.

yeah, i think i might just planar map it and edit it in photoshop instead of using shaders
