Default condensing frames

this is a simple problem
i am simply trying to take a 1500 frame animation
and speed it up by making it only 100 frames
so i highlight the first 100 frames in red, and
make the outer arrows at the beginning and the
and nothing happens
my animation stays 1500 frames
