Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

nice mate, might wanna bump the surface a touch just to give it more of an "in use" ship, looks a little to smooth in places. Also maybe a little glow behind the other ships user added image

looking good though mate!

Thank's Kev. Problem is though is that I'm not sure what I should map to the surface. I was thinking a solid Fractal but I think that would make it look too pitted a beat up. Any suggestions?

Thanks 3dJoe and Kevin for your advice. I used a brownian bump map and futzed with it a little. It looks better. I'll try and post it here shortly.

Okay I gave the Valk's a little more flame and I added the brownian map so it doesn't look so smooth. Thanks for your advice guys.
