The updates looking good, Are you going to animate this and do the full job on it?

Yep, and that's what I'm really looking forward to, since I don't have much experience with animating.

Well, I've finished the modeling, you can see the ambient occlusion renders on my site. I'll start posting up the UV pics when I get some more parts finished.

Here's the finished wireframe pic:

Yeah, here's the link:

I did run into a couple problems, but none that I couldn't find a way around. I found myself using other techniques that I've learned while modeling.

Here's an update on the UVs. I think I'm going to work on the last gun, side engine, and main rotor next.

Hey Jr Who,

Modeling looks very good. UV mapping thus far is good too, nice and clean.

Nice work!

Oh, it kinda is. I'm leaving the main part of the helicopter till the end though, cause its gonna be super hard… user added image

Got some more work done, although I was really busy the past 2 days. I'm estimating it'll only take another 2 days to finish the UV mapping.

Just finished the interior. I'm pretty sure that I can get the main part finished tomorrow. If I'm lucky, I might get it done tonight.
