CTRL+E and locla orientation

Hi guy's,

I'm wondering if there is a possibility to set up Maya 2016 that on every CTRL+E (Extrude) the pivot is switching to local orientation instead of world. It is annyoing to switch every time to local.

Is there a way to set it up permanent?
