Wow, awesome THX. Hadn't checked your thread for a while, but it's great to see the progress you made. The lighting is truly amazing. Good luck in the competition.

Thanks cris007, that means alot! I'm trying to make the 31st deadline. Don't know if I can make it though, but I'm going to try.

That's great to hear THX1138 . . its the 31st here already in Australia

I never saw that last render of yours, I don't know how I missed it considering I've been keeping an eye on this thread. It looks really good man. I've got my fingers crossed that you'll finish it on time.

All the best for the new year too

Looks like I'm going to have to take this to the "Work In Progress forum". The new years holiday weekend at my theater is going to be too busy for my to finnish this off by deadline....what a bummer.:angery: Look for updates in the WIP forum in the next few days, when the holidays are over.

unlucky on the time issue THX1138 but here's hoping you can continue it in the WIP and show us a great piece of modelling

a big thanks for the help with that thing called rendering as it did seem a big and scary place to start looking at

happy new year!

I'm sorry to hear that you can't finish it on time but why not post it as it is now? It's already looking very real. You can continue work on it later as well if you wish. It's your choice though, but i just wanted to let you know that it looks great

Anyway all the best for the new year and a toast for all your great work

Thanks for the kinds words t1ck135, cris007. I'm still going to finnish the model. I have invested too much time in it to stop, reguardless of the competition deadline.
