Sometimes i really HATE maya

I justed wasted about 1 hour with lightning a complex scene to see, it was again this "meter-as-base-unit-Bug" ...

i donĀ“t know if you have that from time to time as well ? but maya really sucks with meters as baseunit ... not only that it often calculates the fallof of light wrong, some tools seem not to work with meters as well ...


ARGH ! just saw the new test-render, converted everything to centimeter and my very first lightning-concept looks fine ...

it alway seem to offset my clip animations, when i import them to the trax editor.....and there is still no onscreen render region in 6.0 (render region like in XSI)
