Problem with layered shader

Hi,

I ran into a problem today.

I have 3 surfaces which should get the same color (phong), but one should show a text as well. So I combined ONE phong for all three and another phong linked with a PSD file together. When I switch the PSD phong to transparency all geometry just disappears.

Any hints?

Thanks
knuffel

You will see that the transparency to your phong has been mapped as well. PSD texture nodes have a habit of doing this. Just right click on the word "Transparency" in your attribute, and choose "Break connections".

PSD nodes are also very heavy computationally. What you should do, is save a copy out as a tga, or other format; and just use the standard file texture node instead.
