but i'm a little more cautious and don't keep porn just in case some unsuspecting little kids find it or if i give the drives to a friend to move files to or from

@Alexander, are you implying we download illegal stuff?? i just heard that DVDs go bad after a while (they start to rot) so i backed them up uncompressed.... nothing illegal about that
