Each time I see the pic the table keeps sticking out by loking very plastic, uless that is what you were aiming for, you might use a lambert (looks like blin) or somthing to make it look more poris, my opinion
very nice use of caustics.
but the strength of the caustics does not match the strength of the lighting in the scene.
the caustics are way too strong for such a dim light set up
Tried both brighter light and less poweful caustics but the scene looked slightly crap. It started as just a test to see if I could get caustics to work so I'm not too bothered.
I will make a brick wall as a backround and the smoky light streaks sounds good too.
