skin creases in animation

Hi,

I don't have this problem at the moment, but I wondered, when I animate a hand, for example moving a index finger in, the skin at the base of the finger should wrinkle.

How is this done consistently?

Thanks
Sven

Flexors usually give me pretty accurate creases/folds.
