Ok Just to grab this! I think I'm gunna go for Cerberus, the three headed hound.

EDIT: I guess I must explain the exactly what the Cerberus is. Cerberus is a multi dog headed and snake tailed beast from greek mythology. He guards the underworld for Hades.

I'm a tad worried about my lack of concept. As I'm hopeless at sketching I'll post some images from the net that give the general idea of what I'm trying to achive. My heads are going to be more hound like but the image shows the kind of effect I want.

I'm trying to add some detail to the head but I'm not too sure about it all. The reason I'm working fast is because I might be going away for a few weeks soon so I want to make a good start now.

Well I just made a set of teeth so the angry look will come soon. I might try to rig the head to make editing easier later. If I get time I might animate once finished.
