chucked some legs on - what do you think about the proportions? and the general shape of the whole body? I am trying for a very stocky, not massively tall shape.

Comments/crits welcome.

i think it looks pretty awesome so far but, you need to get arms and make them big. Thatll throw the whole thing in proportion

I dont know about the lego thing, i think they look awesome, maybe if its polygon you could do the sculpt thing and smooth it A BIT not much. but thats only if you really think you need it. Just an opinion :-)

cheers mike....

guvna - the poly sculpt tool seems to work only on very high density meshes - I have had a bash with it, but if I did use it it will be very near the end, but I will def smooth them out more - cheers for that...

storm - thanks for that will change the legs to match your drawing and that of the ref images.

Changed the legs - not finished but you can get the basic shape from this - any good? I think I prefer the human legs but will move things around some more before I decide what to go with - the feet are attempts at bull hoofs(sp?)

I definitely think the new legs give him a lot more minotaur character. Seems like he'd be able to charge a lot faster with them, too.

The new legs definitely give it a more dynamic look, but the either way, it's looking cool. user added image

Looking real good.
Those legs are going to be a dream to bone; the preferred positions are very well defined.

Don't stop now!

I really like it, and the second legs are much better IMHO. But the hoofs are a little too tick but I guess its because you are going to fix them soon.
