Penguin

yup, its a penguin, in a sumo wrestler suit. i want to animate him walking and moving around because they look so funny, and suggestions on the best way to texture? critques? thanks user added image

Maybe I'm wrong, but the head looks more like a gull than a penguin. Except from that it looks really nice user added image

The beak doesnt seem quite right, but otherwise really nice, good job.

Yeah i agree with the other guys, the beak is looking a little off. It seems that you have it as a seperate part for the face but looking at your ref. it seems that the beaks just flows from the head into 1 piece. I think the feet look really good though!

Thanks for the tips guys. The beak has been annoying so far, I find lots of different looks though theyre all from the same type of penguin. Here are the ones im trying to go for, after i play some DOOM3 offcourse. so this weekend maybe:p
