it looks like you need to change your Anti-Aliasing setting to Production rather than Default

hmm.. can't say I've used that plug-in before, so I wouldn't know for sure. Perhaps its a setting for that particular plugin-in?

Also there is an option to "bake map" and it saves a file as an .ff
What is that used for?

it looks to me that rayDiffuse is working user added image but whats your light set-up ? also you could try tweaking some of rayDiffuse's settings like rayDistance, raySpread, raySamples and diffuseDensity

hope this helps

ray diffuse problems

Hi there,

Have you tried the free plugin from Highend 3d call 'sky (or sky shader)'? Similar thing to Ray diffuse but faster and better results (less grainy, etc..).

Upping the raySamples should help, but the render will take MUCH longeruser added image

Also, if you are using the FREE version(s), Ray Samples are limited to 16. user added image

I personally use the "RealFakeGI" plugin at Highend for my GI scenesuser added image
It's free, and works GREAT!
I'll put up a few images in the gallery tonight to show offuser added image
