GOAL! Opinions?

I saw this on Sunday at the cast and crew screening. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Although I did feel that sometimes I was being bludgeoned with a blunt instrument as the script is somewhat lacking at times. It did however feel like an adidas marketing commercial (any team not sponsored by them was done with look-a-likes and not very good ones) lots of slow pans across lots of addidas merchandise. :shakehead

Overall not too bad a movie, watch out for Beckham's cameo it's truly truly cringeworthy user added image

Ps. the best part: getting my own credit line all to myself user added image

just slightly off topic pure_morning but I've been looking at the Framestore CFC site and the various commercials that have been created.

Looking at the credits shows that the post production is done by Framestore but what does that often involve? And how different is it from the other areas?
Just an idea would be nice user added image

Well that's a BIG question.. post production ranges from adding 3d elements, re-grading elements, wire/rig removals, dust busting, scanning etc etc. We are a pretty huge company so we cover th whole gamut a lot of smaller houses specialise on smaller areas.

hehe, thought it was a biggy too - was expecting a 'get a book and find out' response user added image

Must be a big studio to kick out so much stuff as is listed on the site. Its all good tho. Do you deal with mainly the movie side or have you dabbled on the commercials?

Tell you what, I'll look for a book on it user added image

emmm yes... I'm working on xmen 3 at the moment... it's a kick arse place to work! it's basically the biggest vfx house in europe when running at full capacity. I haven't been involvedin the commercials side of things. They are a separate dept.
