Rotating

Hey I accidently did something and my alt/left click rotation is all wierd. It keeps rotating from the center of the grid rather than rotating from the object im working on itself. I know I accidently press some type of hot key that caused it, but I can't figure out what it is. Think anyone can help me here?

select any object that you want to have centered and the hit "f" to frame the object, vert, edge. and It will center the object in your selected view. If you press "shift + f " it will center in all views
