I pretty messed up maya :p
Is there a way i can return all settings back to normal?

what is wrong exactly?> if its just ure tools etc have dissappeared then go to DISPLAY/ui elements and make sure all is ticked right down to toolbox.

Go to window->settings/preferences->settings then go to edit restore default settings
