Well i have started this guy with everything moddeled on the fly no blueprints not much ref pics , just go for it and see what happends user added image

The Wires have a low poly and a high poly mesh for smoothing errors.

Redone the teeth , closed the back of the head , and done part of the inside of the mouth.

Might help you out if you get stuck as it bears a resemblance.

I think the sharp teeth are a bit too big and would be impractible (if your going to try and realisticly texture it)

Update:

Started to block out the basic shape of the body aswell as done a little to the teeth altho you probly cant see that in this pic.
