thats a MASSIVELY better ear dude well done.
wel the human one that this.

the elf one you sould take the inner part up as well, because if you think about it thats what would make it stay up.

it would be like a ear lobe - quite soft - with out the inner part, and it would flop down more.

Give here some muscel and fat on the lower jaw. Use poligone sculpt for that.And give here some face lines

i say unsmooth the eyeball man, way too many polys and spend more time on the teeth.

cones just dont cut it

and maybe give it more of a inner throat as you be able to see inside

Hey you maked teth by extruding from the lower jow that is wrong man it's to complicated when you are hapy with the shape you can start deliting that pile of unnesasary edges, by using select edge loop tool

Study the inside of a snakes mouth for reference, you will see that they have a small amount of teeth and that they are small teeth accept for the two fangs.

And even if you are saying that this snake is a fictitious representation it still needs to be based in reality to help the viewer believe in your character.

Most people have seen a snake in one form or another and they usually think about the two fangs that snakes have.

So keep going at it, and you'll get it.
