Modeling Interiors

I would like to know how to create or model house interiors like rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, etc ...

I want it to be as realistic as possible but I can not find any tutorials or related stuff on the web, mostly I have found in 3D Max but not in Maya.

Any idea or recommendation about finding or making the house interiors??

Thank you all for the help.user added image

there's not one "technique"
Ive done several interior works but there's not a definate tutorial to do it, however if you want realistic results, I'd advise lots of practice and work on other things before you attept it, because it is hard.

I don't know of any maya tuts specifically for that, sorry
3ds max ones shouldn't be that hard to follow, though
