looks like something you'd do in after efftects

barbed wire, look for it in paint effects and learn how to make it 'grow' along a path.., AE/behaviour/growth) tick a few boxes and you are away

if you cant figure it out Ill have a crack at it and walk you through it unless one of the other lads or girls has a better idea

sounds good! Yeah, it's some fairly simple animation for the first one; just animate and camera movements and you're good to go, but some kind of grow along a path is the best I can think of for the second.
