Complex UV Layout in Maya
Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

OK...

The scene is poorly lit, you can't see much tbh.
The animation itself, is very stiff and is not fluid at all. It really lack litle touches like anticipation.
The ball fallin ends suddenly with no bounce or after effects added to it hitting the model.
The blood is quite, well, not bloody. Blood is very viscous this just appears and with no splatter.

Sorry but I feel that there is still a lot of work to be done to this to make it better. 1 hour is never enough to work on an animation.

Yeah i agree with all Chris's crits ... though it was in 1 hour, so id take that in consideration.

Spend about 1-2 more hours fixing and adjusting things and i reckon this would look fantastic user added image

Thanks for the comments, i wasnt really looking for a long term project with this, it was just something odd i wanted to put on my myspace, but I would like to fine tune it a bit. Relight, and add more blood. How would I go in making a blood splatter effect?

I would use realflow, but seeing as you may not have that application. Then Maya Fluids will provide all you will need. That and some Gravity and dynamics. Enjoy.
