This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
ive seen this done before but dont know how to do it, its basically making like a cube produce light only on one side of it. Anyone know how to do this without creating a light by it self (like ambient light) ??
Why dont you just produce a object with a whole similar to a plane so that the light goes trough it(or map the light). Or you could always put a bright light on the plane/cube then use incendense or whatever its called to make it reflect more light.
