Wierd Mesh

Anyone know what causes this?

Ived tried,

-Deleting history
-Copy and paste
-Deleting wierd faces and extruding again
-Checked if there was any extra faces under neath.
-Checked if there was any extra verticles under neath.

have you tried softening/hardening the normals to see if it sorts it out?

try selecting the offending edges and go into normals>conform and then normals>soften edge.

Check the normal direction too, they could be facing the other way compared to the rest of the mesh.
